Limited Lifetime Warranty on all HOSS Furnaces from Hoss Mfg Inc.- Effective 09/01/2019

When you buy a HOSS outdoor furnace, you are making a long-term investment for heating your home, kiln, business, etc. With that in mind, we are committed to building the best performing and most dependable unit on the market. With the confidence we have in our product, we are able to offer the most comprehensive warranty available in the industry.

Who is eligible for the warranty?

HOSS Mfg Inc. warrants our furnaces to the original purchaser only. The furnace must be purchased new from an authorized dealer of HOSS Mfg Inc. and the registration must be completed online on the warranty registration page within 30 days of purchase to be valid. This warranty is not transferable.

What is covered under warranty?

If your HOSS unit fails while in normal use and while being operated according to the manufacture’s reccomendation, HOSS Mfg Inc. will repair or replace the unit according to the warranty period schedule. You should understand that replacement might include replacement of the product or components with functionally equivalent reconditioned product or components. All component's parts not manufactured by HOSS Mfg. Inc. are covered by that product's warranty as provided by the manufacturer. 

How long is the warranty period?

HOSS Mfg Inc. warrants all units for the lifetime of the original purchaser. The first (5) years are covered at a rate of 100%. After the initial (5) years, HOSS Mfg Inc.  will incur costs at a rate of 75% for the next (5) years, 50% for the next (5) years, 25% for the remaining years.

Who is responsible for repair costs?

If warranty requires replacement of unit or components, HOSS Mfg Inc. will take responsibility for the costs of the unit or component only. If an on-site repair is made, the customer is responsible for the labor and transportation charges incurred by the authorized service agent. 

If an on-site repair cannot be made and a unit must be returned for service, the customer is responsible for the unhooking, freight to and from the manufacturing facility, and reinstallation of the unit. HOSS Mfg Inc. is also not responsible for the loss of use while repairs are being made.

How do you obtain warranty service?

In order to obtain warranty service (we encourage you to start with your dealer) simply fill out the warranty claim form online and submit it and our team will be in touch with you. 

What is not covered under warranty?

Negligence, modifications, abuse, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under warranty. HOSS Mfg Inc. does not warranty parts damaged by freezing, overheating, pressurization, or the use of unauthorized fuels. Irregular wear due to the lack of care or maintenance voids this warranty. 

HOSS Mfg Inc. specifically disavows any other representation, warranty, or liability related to the condition or use of this product. This warranty does not cover any wearable items such as door gaskets, silicone gaskets, or grates. *Commercial and/or Industrial use furnaces carry a 3 year 100% warranty
